Deadline for cancellation

Orders can be cancelled until 24 hours from their creation.

To cancel an order, contact our customer service using the data below within this timeframe.

Can we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours and before submitting an order, we process full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation after 24 hours

Within 24 hours, orders are usually processed and ready to be shipped.

Would you like to cancel an order after this deadline, the cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases you can reject delivery.

Upon returning a rejected shipment in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product’s price, free of shipping costs.

Important notes

Refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable for orders canceled after 24 hours or for rejected shipments.
If a returned product is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may be charged.
