Order processing (Processing time)

All orders are processed until 1–5 business days (on weekends and holidays).

Upon processing and submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping tracking information.

Delivery time (Shipping time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

Warning:

Accurate estimated delivery times for your location will be displayed upon order completion.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carriers, or periods of high demand.

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Slovakia and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times will be displayed at the checkout.

Tracking order

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment in real time.

Fees, taxes, and charges

All prices on nutricity.sk include applicable taxes and import duties, if applicable. In most cases, no additional fees will be charged at delivery.

Damaged, lost, or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged, gets lost in transit, or is incomplete, we'd be happy to help:

Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost shipments: If tracking shows no updates or the shipment doesn't arrive on time, contact our support team.
Missing items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we will offer free exchange or reshipment without additional costs.
