If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policies below.

1. Return Conditions

Since we sell health and nutrition supplements, the safety of our products is our top priority.

For hygienic and control reasons, we can only accept returns under certain conditions:

We accept returns if:

  • You have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Products that are not eligible for return:

  • Open or used nutrition supplements.
  • Products returned without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

2. Return Process

Do you want to initiate a refund?

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] With your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if relevant).
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how to return it.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Warning:

  • The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after product verification.

3. Damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us to 48 hours from delivery.

We can request photos to verify the issue before sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.

4. Cancel order

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
