Psyllium (Plantago Psyllium) is a perennial herb up to 30-45 cm high. The leaves form a basal rosette. Leaf plates are lanceolate or ovoid. The root system is fibrous. The flowers are small and light brown in color. Psyllium fruit is a multi-seeded box with shiny light brown seeds with a pink tint and a purple thin stripe in the rib. Pollination occurs with the help of wind.

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
